Dear Prof. Rowell,
The Athena consultants forwarded to us your message about a possible bug in Maple 9.5 preventing the use of your package 'syrep'.
I am the Math and Engineering Software Specialist in our team and would be happy to work with you to try to find a solution to your problem.
As a next step, would it be possible to send me a short Maple code example making use of your package and showing the problem in version 9.5? Or alternatively, I'd be happy to sit down with you and see the problem in person.
Once I have a sequence of reproducible steps leading to the error I can bring this to the attention of Maplesoft and might put you in contact with them directly if necessary.
