For what it's worth, yesterday I was getting a repeat copy of the
"ooffice112" message each time I started OpenOffice. I now have
three of the message tokens in my ~/.sw_messages file.

Repeated messages have definitely happened in the past as well;
it seems to be an issue that comes and goes. When I ran
OpenOffice today, send_message found the token and didn't give
me a new message.

If send message is only waiting a short amount of time while it
checks for a token, is there any harm to increasing the amount of
time that it waits for? Most of the software started out of AFS
takes 10-100 seconds to start. Couldn't send_message afford to
wait 2 seconds while checking for tokens? (Perhaps something
else is the error; I don't really know what caused the repeated
tokens I have in my .sw_messages file.)
