The Gnome Footmenu (is there a better name for this thing?) in
Athena 9.3 has an Information entry for "Athena 9.3 Alpha" at the
top of the menu. Launching the menu entry opens a web page for me,
http://web.mit.edu/release/www/explain.html
which is the "Release Timeline and Rationale"
Now that 9.3 is out of Alpha, it may be time to change the menu.
