To reproduce,
% cc -xO4 -xarch=v9 -xdepend -S /mit/jfc/tmp/ttinterp.i
The file is ~100KB. I could cut it down more but I assume
you're just going to pass the report on to Sun and don't
care about a minimum test case.
The file is from Ghostscript 8.14. I have a workaround,
change the compiler flags.
