Last year I bitterly complained how functionality bound to the left and
right mouse buttons for the Emacs scrollbars had gone away.
I spent some time on and off trying to isolate the problem so a fix
could be crafted.
I was DELIGHTED just now to find that the functionality has been
restored. If there's an open bug about this with my name on it, CLOSE
it.
Someone somewhere did the right thing, and I'm quite happy about it!
