tcsh problem in Solaris 9.3.6?

I just tried to log in (remotely) to a 9.3.6 Solaris box and
it failed:

ld.so.1: -tcsh: fatal: libucb.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Connection to kikki closed.
There is no such problem on 9.2.28.
I haven't tried logging in on a console/xlogin to see if that works
any better. It could be my dotfiles, it could be something else.
But this seems potentially problematic.
