Thanks for reporting this; I was able to reproduce it using the file you
attached.
/usr/athena/bin/gs is actually an attachandrun run script for the
ghostscript maintained out of the ghostscript locker. Larry and I have
just updated the locker to Aladdin ghostscript 8.14, and I'm no longer
able to reproduce the problem using that version.
