So, we continue to see one or two users a day complaining
about "SSL is disabled" problems, for whom the solution is to
run zap-mozilla-certs.
It's really pretty annoying, both for the users and the
support chain.
Is anyone looking in to what causes this problem, or mitigation
solutions, like detecting the condition and blowing away the
certificate db automatically as part of the wrapper? [presumably any
certificates they had were lost anyhow, so there's no disadvantage,
but "moving aside/backing up" could be done instead of "blowing away"
if necessary.]
