I can't reproduce this- when I do it, I get back to the "Plot3D
Loader" dialog box in a normal state- everything works. When I dismiss
that, all the Tecplot menus work normally. I tried on several machines,
as myself and as a generic test user; even on a RedHat 9 machine running
the new OpenAFS client- no difference. I tried running from a directory
where I didn't have write permission, to see if that mattered- no difference.
I suspect that there may be something in your home directory or
working environment that Tecplot doesn't like- I'd suggest working
with the Athena Consultants to try to pin it down- they're the best
resource for working through issues like this. You could try logging
in without customizations, or having another user try it on one of the
machines you're having problems on, for example.
