That would be this item in the coming patch release (which should have
been listed as being for Linux only, not for both platforms; it already
works on Solaris):

  * The sawfish capplet should work again.

Customize -> Workspaces?  All you can configure is a list of workspace
names, though, since the rest is up to GNOME.
