We punted all the Provides declarations in the 9.2 release spec files
because we found they were running up against Conflicts declarations,
were being a maintenance hassle (e.g. I would miss an epoch declaration
and wind up being slightly inaccurate), and were making us more likely
to run into rpmlib bugs.
I will add the native gal, bonobo, and gnome-print packages to the
release; they are only about 6MB total.
