I figured out this syslog was only happening when sending mail using
sipb pine; Greg determined that was because sipb pine was calling
sendmail with the -bs flag, which ended up doing a sasl_server_init(),
which tried initializing the krb4 SASL plugin.
The easiest thing for us to do is just make the krb4 plugin not syslog
at such a noisy level, making it more consistent with the GSSAPI plugin.
A patch to do that will be in the next 9.2 patch release.
