The problem is due to bosserver doing its weekly restart (Sunday at 4
AM) of the file servers. It forgets to shutdown the already-running
server before it fires up again. We have a fix (somewhere in afs/bozo,
probably in both bosserver.c and bosoprocs.c) for this available, which
should be present in the campus source tree.
Our Transarc.com cell should be appearing shortly; I'll send mail when
it is available on the network.
