It turns out the psnup in the postscript locker is unrelated to the one
in the release (actually in the psutils locker; if you look at
/usr/athena/bin/psnup you'll see it's just an attachandrun script),
rather than being an older version.
I've installed a copy of the postscript locker psnup in the psutils
locker and released the locker, so the new version should be available
immediately.
The old version of psnup from the psutils locker is still present as
psnup.old, in case anyone needs it.
