The "welcome" file placed in new accounts' home directories, and available
in /usr/prototype_user references the "help" command. It currently says
that it calls "the On-Line Help system (OLH), a menu browser that helps
you find information about many Athena topics." Since this is no longer
the case (and brings up the OLH web page instead), this is inconsistent.
In addition, the URL to the web page would be helpful to mention as well.
