Hi there,
The machines in the 6.004 lab are maintained by the 6.004 staff, which
can be reached by sending mail to 6004-staff@6004.lcs.mit.edu (I've
copied this message there for the record).
In general, bugs@mit.edu is the address to send in reports of bugs in the
Athena software. If you had noticed hardware problems with a machine in
a public Athena cluster, such as the mouse or hard drive issue you described
below, the address to send those reports to would be hotline@mit.edu, which
reaches the Hardware Services team.
Since the machines you mention are in a privately maintained cluster, and
you're not reporting a general bug in the Athena release, we're going to
close this bug report in the Athena bugs database. However, the 6.004 staff
will work on getting these machines fixed and follow up with you separately.
Thanks for letting us know of the problems.
