This is a manifestation of the _same bug_ that I reported when 6.2A
first went out to staff test.  This bug still exists in 6.3A.  Sample
run follows.  It is unacceptable for this bug to continue in future
releases.  If you can't fix it, take the binaries out.  Right now it
is screwing people over who want to use the SIPB version if they have
/usr/athena in their path before /mit/sipb/foobin.
