Scribe version 7 core dumps on the MIT Thesis template in
/usr/athena/lib/scribe/thesis. The offending line is the last
line of mitfor.lib: "@NewPage(0)". Commands which generate
text are illegal in library files, so this line should be deleted.
This happens on 6.2A vax and 6.3A RT.
