A brief synopsis of the problem:RS/1 prompt (#) appears at top of
screen, writing over any existing material.(in Version 6.2A)

Please describe the problem in detail (mention any necessary files or
commands that may be involved, on which machine the bug happened, and what
the program did that was wrong):
For instance, with the directory listed at top of screen, any commands
will be written over the listing. In the help facility, the prompt
for choosing a number is written at the top of the screen over the
list of options. As you proceed, the whole list will be written over.
I don't believe this happens in other than the new Version 6.2A.
This was on a machine at Athena in E40.
