Hi,
Since the Athena update 9.2.9 that my system took on Tuesday, I haven't been
able to start Evolution. When I try to start it from the menu bar icon I get the
error:
"Application "evolution"-1.4 (process21249) has crashed due to a fatal
error. (segmentation fault)".
The error offered to let me submit a bug report but that also failed.
And when I try starting it from command line I get the above error in a dialog
box but also get in my xterm window:
warning: failed to load external entity
"/mit/jfoster/evolution/config/storage-set-view-expanded:default"
(evolution-1.4:21249): evolution-shell-CRITICAL **: file
e-storage-set.c:
line 639 (e_storage_set_get_folder): assertion `g_path_is_absolute
(path)'
failed
My system, arizona.mit.edu which is a sun ultra 5 (sun4), is now up to release
9.2.12 but the problem is the same. I tried to use sendbug yesterday but olc
says the report didn't get filed. (I have no idea why. That seemed to work OK
unless I did something wrong.)
