tellme combo should drop the *, mention NMC in usage.

Tellme combo still tells people to hit star, which is not required on
the new locks.
Also, the usage information should mention nmccombo. Most people don't
know this exists, adding it to the usage might help a little bit.
My appologies if bugs was not the right place for this. There is no
information in the tellme script about where to send bug reports.
