The directory /usr/lib/X11/uwm is on the RVDs, but empty. According
to man uwm(1), the directory is supposed to contain the file
"system.uwmrc" as the base uwm config file. I don't know if it was
there in previous versions, or even if it's necessary (for .uwmrc-less
users, that is).
