Why does the "More Scribe: Thesis" document recommend that users use
the line printer device for draft copies of their thesis? Now that we
no longer have any line printers hooked up to Athena, this
recommendation is fairly pointless, and theses scribed with device
lptln take up a lot more pages (and a lot more paper) and theses
scribed with device postscript; further, users won't see what the
thesis actually is going to look like in final form if they use lptln.
