I can't reproduce this. I did exactly this on two different machines and it
started without errors. Have you tried it on a different machine? If it works
there. there's probably something wrong with the machine you were on. Can you
try having someone else run it on the machine you had the problem on? That
would tell if there's something in your personal configuration that might be
causing this.
Also, please send me the exact text of the error messages.
