Bug when installing athena in my computer in laboratory

when the procedure goes to 95%, a bug comes out:
541: gcc-objc ########################## 95%
542: kernel ########################## 95%
tar: ./sbin: cannot create symlink to "bin": File exists
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
543: XFree86 ########################## 95%
chmod: get attributes of '/etc/modules.conf': No such file or directory
544: XFree86-Xnest ###################### 96%
....
At last , it sends terminal or other signal to restart the computer
unsuccessfully
