If a window has a black background, the cursor color is the foreground color
by default. However, if the background is set to "#100", the cursor color
becomes black. This is a poor choice, as black on almost-black lacks much
in contrast. I'm not sure if this is really a bug, but it would be nice if
xterm were a bit more intelligent in selecting colors.
