The zwrite command, used with the "-u" option, should require a user
name to be specified rather than blithely doing a message,URGENT,*
zgram when a novice user unknowingly uses the "-u" option. (This just
happened a few minutes ago...) Anyone who really *wants* to send a
message,URGENT,* can do it the hard way ("zwrite -i URGENT").
