I propose that /home be a symlink to /mit on Athena.

With that symlink, my home directory will be accessible as /home/gildea
on Athena, the same as it is on my own Linux machine. There are places
where you have to code the full name of a homedir (mine or someone
else's). Not many places, but some. It would be convenient if the same
pathname worked on more systems.

The Filesystem Hierachy Standard suggests that user homedirs be under
/home, and many Unix flavors do this. On Athena 9.1 the /home directory
exists but is empty. Might as well make it useful.
