This has happened more often recently... I'm not sure what sort of
solution is possible.

About a week ago I created a bunch of files with Xfig. I logged in today
and found myself over quota with time expired, so I went and deleted the
big .PS files which were created from the Xfig source files. However.....

In an effort to save more space, I compressed a couple of the big source
files. I did not realize until after I compressed two of them that they
were being compressed into .Z files of 0 length!! I guess we're not allowed
to write to our lockers if we're over quota, but I found this out a bit too
late!!
