The problem is due to a byte alignment bug in the library used to
load a Windows bitmap image, such as was contained in the offending
message. This causes a crash due to a bus error when run on a Sun
machine. We have a patch which fixes the bug, so the problem will be
resolved in an upcoming patch release.
