IBM's in m66-080 constantly respawning

The IBM workstations in m66-080 (1,4,7, and 10)
are constantly trying to respawn their xservers,
and as such are currently effectively non-functional
Upon reboot, redhat attempts to force install a
couple of packages (initscripts, and qt).
2, 3,8,and 9 aren't having this problem though.
