Print an e-mail message.
What's wrong:
The message doesn't print. I get a dialog box with
the title 'Information' that contains 'Cannot allocate
default font for printing'.
What should have happened:
The message should have printed on the default
printer (which is defined via the PRINTER variable)
without incident.
