It exists. It's existed for many weeks. It just needs to be renamed. For
the moment, it is called 'clearcerts' and it should be accessible if the
infoagents locker is attached.
Note, please: This will remove all traces of any certificates in the
user's default Mozilla profile. All *.db files will be gone. This covers
4.x converted certs, newly obtained Mozilla certs, and all pertinent
passwords. The command does not ask for confirmation and it runs silently
at the moment. Use with caution.
