Special kernel (for Joe Harrington, with some device that emulates a
TK50 controller) is configured for two tmscp controllers, with CSR
addresses specified in the configuration file; driver description
lists one default address, same as that specified for first
controller.
Machine has only one TK50 controller present; machine falls over dead
after configuration.
Kernel seems to be configuring the same address twice, probably
duplicating data structures and confusing itself.
