On 9.1.16 IRIX, the panel WWW launcher tries to run mozilla, and has
the mozilla icon, even though mozilla is not yet available on IRIX.
It looks like browser-script and browser-icon have been prematurely
updated for mozilla in /usr/athena/share/gnome/athena.
