What were you trying to do?
Use pine on a machine that I did not realize had not taken
the upgrade from Athena 9.0 to 9.1.

What's wrong:
When I ran pine from the command prompt, it ran the sipb
POP-based pine, and appeared to be trying to absorb
	my inbox.

What should have happened:
Strictly speaking, everything was working as it should.
The problem is that the visible differences between
Athena 9.0 and 9.1 are subtle (although now perhaps less
so because of the new Mozilla icon), and since I was
logging onto a public workstation I thought it would have
taken the new release. Hence I unwittingly ran the wrong
pine. It might be nice to ask the SIPB folks to put a
wrapper around their pine like Athena has around yours
warning about the differences between the IMAP pine and
        the POP pine.
