I zephyred with Lou about this after sending my last message and he
noted that they're are now 5 IBM's that are mysteriously hanging
periodically, including w20-575-119. The symptoms seem to be that X
hangs (the clock on the idle screen wasn't counting) and the machine
doesn't ping. After talking to Lou I can't completely elliminate the
possibility that there is a s/w problem. I'd still recommend that
hotline try swapping parts on at least one of the broken machines, but
it wouldn't hurt if Andrew took a look either.
