I've talked to some of the users who are trying to use torque-wrench.
I'm told it is hanging often (one report saying as often as every 20
minutes) regardless of who is logged in , what they are doing, or even if
anyone is logged in. This really screams "hardware problem" to me.

Have received several complaints on newly deployed IBM E-Pro systems
that they are hanging. 3 systems in 68-145 (buglounge1,2,& 3), and the IBM
system Torque-Wrench in 24-618. Here is one of the complaints from a hotline/
   casetracker note.

Hi - I know torque-wrench has been having various kinds of trouble
lately, but I'd like to file another report:

I was sshed into my computer at work from torque-wrench and had a
remote emacs window open. I typed in a command, and the system
totally froze. No mouse, no keyboard.

    Thanks, Toh

It sounds like a possible software bug may exist...
