Oliver,

Thanks for the info. Please set me up for multiple instances in olc. I
already could make use of this feature.

The online chat ability of olc has value, although I find that my olc requests
are not usually handled in real time. I have not thought of it as an online
chat environment. It doesn't really present itself that we, at least not to
me. This may be more of an education and documentation issue. Typically I've
asked a question and then exited the application. I then get back in when
there's a response, respond myself, and leave again. Perhaps this is not the
model olc had in mind.

While I don't mind olc's traditional tty interface, newer users would probably
welcome a web or e-mail interface as provided by CaseTracker. Zephyr could
provide the online chat ability if it were integrated with CaseTracker. As it
stands now, I find that I currently get most responses through e-mail.

Another problem with olc is that it doesn't provide any easy way to retrieve
the text of old solutions, while with CaseTracker I can go back and look up an
old question and find the answer again if I need it. Hence, I stand by my
original suggestion that CaseTracker be considered as a replacement for olc. I
hope you'll keep it in mind.

Tom
