It has been removed because we will be using Mozilla instead. There
were no announcements of its removal because it was never there for
general availability in the first place.
6.23 in infoagents was there for testing with an eye toward future
"release," but it never got that far. (In other words, no one should have
been dependent on it being there.) Sorry to have taken you by surprise. On
the other hand, it didn't work very well at all; that's why we're using
Mozilla.
If you add infoagents and use the command 'mozilla' you will get Mozilla
1.0, which is what we will be putting into release at the earliest
possible opportunity, hopefully in the next few days. This version does
not yet contain certain customizations the MIT environment needs, which
I'm adding on a daily - hourly - basis as fast as I can. But it will
presumably be there to stay, so there is no danger the rug will be pulled
out with that one.
