You are indeed correct. In the past, contributors to "Contributed"
created version-specific directories for different FrameMaker versions
in /afs/athena/software/templates, but this appears to have stopped with
frame5.5. I suspect it's because the maintainers of these templates have
moved on to other jobs and no one has taken their place. As a stopgap,
I've made a symbolic link there from frame6.0 to frame5.5, so the link
now has a place to go- you most likely will be able to use what you find
there but will probably have to let FrameMaker convert 5.5 files to the
6.0 format.
Note that FrameMaker 7.0, which I've just installed, is in a similar
situation- I've handled it in a similar way.
