Hi,
Thanks for your bug report. This isn't actually a bug; the
reason pine was not present on the dialup server you were logged into is
because pine was not part of the Athena release until Athena 9.1.
Although all public workstations have updated to Athena 9.1, the dialups
are still in the process of being upgraded. Most of the dialups are
running Athena 9.1 at this point, and the remaining upgrades will be
completed in the next couple of days.
