ssh-askpass seems to be missing:
tibbetts@cutter-john:~$ /usr/athena/bin/ssh-add ~/.ssh/identity < /dev/null
ssh_askpass: exec(/usr/athena/libexec/ssh-askpass): No such file or directory
Discussion non -c sipb -i athena suggests that it is no longer part of
the openssh source, and is a seperate package. Here is the source
information from the debian package (from
/usr/share/doc/ssh-askpass/copyright):
