update from 9.1.9
What's wrong:
athena-ws package installation complained about not being able
to find pnpdump
What should have happened:
If pnpdump is needed, it should've been installed/updated
before athena-ws. If it's not needed, the athena-ws scripts
should check to see if it's present before using it.
