The short answer to this is that there are no man pages for AFS
commands; the pages in the afsuser locker are old, somewhat out of date,
and document no new features added by OpenAFS; the afsuser locker will
also be defunct for all platforms but Irix in the 9.1 release.
If you're looking for usage information for fs, you want to use:
fs help
to see all fs subcommands and:
fs subcommand -help
to see the usage of that command.
