Hi,
I tried to use the installer in /mit/bootkit/rhlinux to install my
laptop, but couldn't, due to the boot floppy's inability to enable my
network card. Derek Atkins suggested that I send mail here, with the
names of the modules that didn't load.
These names are transcribed from the 3x5 index card I was taking notes
on, so I only preserved fragments of the messages that seemed important:
* cardmgr could not open /var/run/cardmgr.pid
* socket 1: Xircom CBEII-10/100 CardBus
* executing 'modprobe cb_enabler.o'
* module cb_enabler.o not available
* executing 'modprobe xircom_cb.o'
* module xircom_cb.o not available
