This problem exists in the preformatted info pages in the eamcs
21.1 distribution; rebuilding the .texi files with makeinfo 4.2 appears
to fix the problem (confirmed by Nathan), so I've checked in new copies
of the files.
For 9.2 we'll import texinfo and be able to regenerate the info
files at build time if we want to; the makeinfo in 9.1 is from TeTex and
is too old to do so.
