Trying to look up a node in the emacs info file for a user on -i help,
I noticed that `/usr/athena/bin/emacs -q -nw' gives me an emacs with
an info dir that doesn't contain the emacs info files. The files are
in the expected location (same as the info dir), and there's an elisp
entry in the default dir file, but no emacs entry.
