In the mitfor.lib files under /usr/athena/lib/scribe/thesis, there are
several places where @PageHeading is used. Not only are these unnecessary,
since the pageheading is defined in mitthe.mak, but they are also incorrect,
because they contain the Immediate parameter, which causes a page number to
appear on the title page. When using the PostScript device, this page
number gets mixed in with the title (very ugly).
The fix is simple: Remove all uses of @PageHeading from mitfor.lib.sparse
and mitfor.lib.crowded.
