Thanks; what you sent certainly looks like it was derived from
the standard Solaris /etc/group file, but is wrong in some specific ways
(sys shouldn't be group 0; daemon should be group 12, not 1). I can't
find any /etc/group file we've ever installed that looks like this; at
this point, I suspect the problem is limited to your machine and
accidental or malicious damage with a text editor.
